Appointment Policies | NYC Skincare Studio

These policies help organize availability, protect the time reserved for each client, and maintain service quality at NYC Skincare Studio.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50.00 fee.

Grace Period and Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled appointment time.
  • After this time, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on availability, with no guarantee that the treatment can be completed.

The day’s availability will determine whether the service can be completed or if it will need to be rescheduled.

No-Show (Missed Appointments Without Notice)

  • Appointments missed without prior notice will incur a $50.00 fee.

Packages and Memberships

  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session will automatically be deducted from the active package or membership.

Vouchers and Groupon

  • All appointments booked with vouchers or Groupon are subject to these policies.
  • In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the service will be considered redeemed (used).

Deposits

  • Some services require a deposit in advance to confirm the appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
  • The deposit will be applied to the total service cost on the day of the appointment.

Important: Deposits secure your reserved spot and are applied to the total service cost when the appointment takes place as scheduled.
